We focus on three primary areas in choosing programs to support, be they in Lincoln County, elsewhere in Maine or internationally. These areas are:
1. Food and Fellowship as in the example of the Ecumenical Food Pantry in Newcastle at the Second Congregational Church;
2. Housing and Heating as in the example of the Ecumenical Council for Homeless Prevention, a coalition of 7 local churches; and
3. The Needs of Children as in the example of Coastal Kids Inc. where we provide scholarship assistance for day care services for needy children in Lincoln County.
